Village on the Park is located at the intersections of the Parker Road, Havana Street, and lliff Avenue. The center is at the Gateway to the Havana Retail District, Aurora’s strongest retail corridor. The center is under redevelopment.
Jennifer Maisch, Kimco’s Director of Corporate Communications shared that the construction is moving along on the new Old Navy development. Our work is expected to be complete in mid-August, at which time we’ll hand the space over to Old Navy, whose plan is to open by end of year 2019.
As far as the two spaces next to America’s Best Optical and Glasses, Kimco is in the final stages of lease negotiation with a restaurant concept.
Kimco will be happy to share the name of the concept once the negotiations are finalized sometime in April 2019.
