The Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club has leased 41,000 sf of the building at 1st and Havana, just north of CommonGround Golf Course and just down the street from the Lowry Sports Park. They are transforming the building into an indoor soccer facility to include 4 indoor fields, a weight training and injury prevention/recovery program, parent viewing/gathering area, classrooms and space for their executive offices. This new facility will be open in August 2017.
