This is the former Whispers Bar space in the Birchtree Center that has been beautifully transformed into a modern, trendy sit-down restaurant.
Angry Chicken owner, Brian Kim, told us that this is only the 4th Angry Chicken to open in the USA and the only one with a sit-down dine-in option. There are two Angry Chicken Restaurants in Texas and one in the LA area; they are take-out only with no dine-in option. Brian said this is the authentic South Korean rice chicken.
Angry Chicken is located at 1930 S Havana, Unit 13, on the SE corner of Havana and Jewell and is open from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.
