Argenta Update

Legend Partners reached out to the Havana Business Improvement District and their company is working on leasing a new project on Havana Street in Aurora. The former Fan Fare, Argenta development has new ownership and new contacts.

Argenta, is expected to deliver the first building in December of this year. The first building is going to be a condo building, with 32 condo units. In addition to the condo units, Argenta will have 16,495 square feet of space available for lease. Legend Partners shared that they are flexible on the space available for leasing and can lease space to any size that is suitable for prospective tenants.

Legend Partners have met with the City of Aurora and have asked to work more with the special business district along Havana. The Havana BID has invited Legend Partners to the next virtual public meeting on August 18, 2022 at 10am via Go To Meeting to share any updates and answer any questions about the Argenta development in the special district. The Havana BID has invited Legend Partners to the future virtual public meetings for the District, upcoming Ward 3 & 4 meetings, and the opportunity to host public meetings with stakeholders with the BID.
