Devon Horan, property manager for Havana Tower and Havana BID board member, called the morning of April 27, with great excitement, to report that the lease has been signed and move in takes place on April 28. The El Salvador consulate will occupy the first floor at Havana Tower, 1450 S Havana Street. Devon and his staffers were busy cleaning and getting ready to welcome their important new tenant. Consul General Jose Manuel Castillo will be managing the new consulate here in Aurora.
