Join On Havana Street for the 2023 Trick or Treat at the Gardens on Havana & Halloween Costume Contest at Rocket Fizz Aurora

On Havana Street will be sponsoring and supporting Rocket Fizz Aurora’s Halloween Costume Contest and the Trick or Treat at the Gardens on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11-1pm.

On Havana Street will partner with the business stakeholders and tenants at AMCAP’s Gardens On Havana Shopping Center and support the existing Halloween festivities that businesses are hosting this Halloween.

Gift cards from the On Havana Street Shops will be awarded to the Rocket Fizz Aurora Halloween Costume Contest Winners

How to Participate

1. Enter to win the Halloween Costume Contest in-person at The Gardens on Havana Rocket Fizz Aurora from 11-1pm.
2. Come in your Halloween costume, trick or treat at the store & take a photo at Rocket Fizz Aurora to enter the contest.
3. Sign the photo waiver for the costume contest entry, select the category for the costume contest: Child, Adult, Group or Pet, and complete the contact information card for Rocket Fizz Aurora and On Havana Street to contact the selected winner.
4. 1st *50 attendees in Costume at Rocket Fizz Aurora will receive a $10 valued mystery candy bag. First Come, First Serve while supplies last (see the photo of the Mystery Bags below).
5. Trick or Treat from 11-1pm at The Gardens on Havana participating shops
6. Join the Petco Costume Parade at 1-2pm

The contact information is only used to contact the costume winner and not used for future newsletter or subscription email marketing purposes. The waiver does allow the Havana BID to share the photos online and on social media.

The costume contest winners will be selected using the photo entries/waivers and contacted by phone by November 1, 2023 and photos will be posted on social media on @OnHavanaStreet Instagram and Facebook pages with no names or contact information.

You do not need to be present to win the contest.

The winners of the costume contest can pick up the prize at the Rocket Fizz Aurora anytime during store hours 10-7pm after November 1, 2023.

Over $720 in gift card prizes and Rocket Fizz candy for the winners of the various Costume Contest categories.

We increased the gift card value of the prizes. 

First Place Winners for the Group, Adult, Child & Pet Costume Categories will receive a $100 Gift Card from an On Havana Street business.

Second Place Winners for the Group, Adult, Child & Pet Costume Categories will receive a $50 Gift Card from an On Havana Street business.

Third Place Winner for the Group, Adult, Child & Pet Costume Categories will receive a $30 Gift Card from an On Havana Street business.

Bring the whole family in costume to go trick-or-treating at the Merchants at The Gardens on Havana (former Buckingham Square Mall site) on the SE corner of Havana & Mississippi.  These 30+ merchants at The Gardens on Havana will all have free candy for the kids (while candy lasts).

Ross Dress for Less, AFC Urgent Care, Key Bank, GEICO Aurora, McDonald’s and Wells Fargo are not able to participate due to corporate rules.
