*1st Thursday of the Month – Thursday, December 3, 2026 – *2027 Budget and HBID Resolutions Approvals with Spencer Fane – HBID Board Meeting on 1st Thursday of the month to accommodate budget submission deadline in early December 2026. *Meeting is tentative and hosted as needed if the Budget changes and new resolutions and adoptions need to be voted on.
The Havana BID requests that attendees join us for a 10 am public board meeting, but please try to log in or call in 5 minutes prior at 9:55 am so that we can start the meeting on time.

Quarterly HBID Networking events will be hosted for stakeholders to network and engage with community partners and resources.
