Dear On Havana Street & Community, The Havana BID and many community partners have been partnering to host equity clinics in our communities. We will be hosting a 1st dose clinic on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at The Stampede from 10-3pm for patients that qualify under the state’s qualifications.
Please call one of the 2 clinics hosting the vaccines on April 3, 2021. We are partnering with two clinicians to host 750 vaccines.
We will be administering 750 vaccines with community volunteers, CDPHE, the Colorado Primary Care Clinic (CPCC with Dr. Dawn Fetzco) & Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP with Dr. Alok Sarwal).
Please be patient and kind with the registration process. The clinics do need to pre-qualify each patient to give an appointment time when you call for April 3.
Current State Qualifications for a vaccine: Coloradans 50 and older, people with high-risk conditions, and frontline workers (including food service, higher education, postal service, and faith leaders) are now being vaccinated.
