We will be hosting a class online, via zoom, dedicated to identifying the 5 main compositions of wine and how YOUR palate personally perceives them. We will build your understanding of wine composition starting from dissecting grapes and tasting individual components, tasting wine with increased core composition characteristics, and by utilizing your your newly developed palate to create a blend that is curated from your own personal preferences! These known likes and dislikes can be used at restaurants and wine stores to find the perfect hidden gem you never knew you loved.
