Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW) is a week-long celebration of Colorado’s growing AANHPI culinary scene. Foodies can experience different cuisines from AANHPI-owned participating businesses and receive insider perks such as special discounts, secret menu items, specialty menus, and more.


MHAFW is proud to be under the umbrella of the Colorado Asian Culture & Education Network (CACEN). A portion of MHAFW funding will support the 501c3 organization’s mission to elevate AANHPI communities and address inequities through cultural exchange and education. No, this is a week-long event that celebrates Colorado’s growing AANHPI culinary scene. While there may be Mile High AFW pop-up events that happen throughout the week, the food week itself includes all participating businesses during their regular business hours.

Mile High Asian Food Week is the brainchild of Joanne Liu, co-founder of the nonprofit Asian Girls Ignite. This grassroots operation is entirely run by AANHPI women who are volunteering their time.
