2025 Havana BID – Networking On Havana Street + Annual Business Stakeholder Meeting
*November 2025’s Havana BID Board of Directors meeting is the Havana Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting in-person.
We will share our 2025 Annual Report, detailing what we accomplished in 2025 and outlining our plans for 2026.
This is also an opportunity for businesses to network in person at The Stampede with a complimentary lunch.
Havana Businesses, stakeholders, and community members are welcome to join us.

The Havana BID’s Public Board Meeting will begin at 11 AM on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

2026 Board Meeting Dates and Official Meeting Place – The proposal is for the Havana BID board to meet on the third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., virtually via Go To Meeting in 2026, with 3 exceptions for September 2026 (Board Budget Submission Deadline), November 2026 (Annual Meeting conflicts with community events and Thanksgiving Holiday week) and December 2026 (Budget & Resolutions Approvals and Submission Deadlines). *2nd Thursday of the Month – Thursday, September 10, 2026 – The 2027 Budget and Operational Plan Discussion & Vote – HBID Board Meeting one week earlier on 2nd Thursday to accommodate for the City of Aurora budget submission deadline on 9/30/2026.
*HBID Board Meeting one week earlier on 2nd Thursday to accommodate for the holidays and other community event dates.
*1st Thursday of the Month – Thursday, December 3, 2026 – *2027 Budget and HBID Resolutions Approvals with Spencer Fane – HBID Board Meeting on 1st Thursday of the month to accommodate budget submission deadline in early December 2026. *Meeting is tentative and hosted as needed if the Budget changes and new resolutions and adoptions need to be voted on.
