We’re looking for hardworking and dedicated Property & Casualty/Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agents to work our real time, internet generated leads in our GEICO Local Office! Our office works year-round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us. Our office is always buzzing with high energy and a friendly yet competitive environment!
What you would do in this role:
- Learn the basics of GEICO insurance and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
- Make sales (licensed) of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service.
- Educate clients on auto, home, renters, cycle, boat and RV insurance.
- Service existing accounts and ensure clients make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls.

- Up to 75% of your day will be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a passion of helping people is a must!
- A talent for dealing with a variety of customers.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and work with multiple quoting systems.
- Punctual and organized.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Property & Casualty/Personal Lines Insurance License REQUIRED (or position contingent upon obtaining required license).
