We’re looking for a hardworking and dedicated Business Development Representative to work and grow our community network of Dealerships, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and Property Managers! Our GEICO Local Office works year-round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us. Our office is always buzzing with high energy and a friendly yet competitive environment!
What you would do in this role:
- Learn the basics of insurance.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with local dealerships, realtors, mortgage brokers, and property managers to build our referral program.
- Educate others on our ability to assist and help them close more sales in their respective business.
- Visit points of interest on a daily basis handing out marketing materials, and promoting the GEICO Local Office Brand.
- Co-ordinate and attend events where GEICO Aurora can be a sponsor.
- Order Swag!
- Purchase items for events or business meetings and turn receipts in for co-op.

- Ability to work Saturdays.
