Gerry Cosentino, English Tea Cup Owner

July 19th, 2017

Gerry Cosentino and his wife Annette have owned The English Tea Cup at 1930 S Havana for many years.  The Tea Cup was Gerry’s 3rd career.  He served in the US Army climbing to the rank of E9 before retiring after 27 years.  He then joined the US Postal Service and retired from that gig, too.  Gerry passed away on July 14 after many heart issues over the years.  He leaves behind his wife of 48 years, Annette, their four grown children and many grandchildren.

Gerry was always ready to delight customers with a good joke and infectious smile.  (Pictured:  Gerry serving tea at the English Tea Cup.)  Annette told us that all the Christmas merchandise from England has been ordered, so we will be helping the family with a big Holiday sale later this year.
