Global Flavors – A Unique Local Food Competition

Aurora is truly “The World in a City” and that global influence is reflected in our food, with more than 330 authentic, specialty restaurants and markets, dozens of food trucks and countless other small cuisine businesses to explore.

This year, get a taste of Global Fest and celebrate Aurora’s diverse food scene through Global Flavors, a unique food competition taking place from mid-July to mid-August in which the public will vote for the best globally inspired dish, drink or dessert featured by Aurora’s local restaurants. Register your business to be part of this exciting competition and share your flavors with everyone!

The winners will be announced at Global Fest, the city’s signature event, taking place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on the Great Lawn of the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. The top three places will also be featured on AuroraTV and the city’s social media platforms.
