Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Printer/Computer Technician at Ink It Over.

As a Printer/Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for printers and desktop computers. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving printer issues, performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal printer performance and installing software, diagnosing and repairing common computer problems, monitoring internal networks, system upgrades and backups, hard disk failures, and configuring software and drivers.

Qualifications

• Printer Support and Technical Support skills
• Experience working with printers and desktop computers.
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of printer hardware and software
• High school diploma or equivalent
