Kaiser buys Waterpark II and III for $25 million

January 31st, 2018

Kaiser Permanente already owned Waterpark I and recently purchased the other two buildings in the complex.  Sixty percent of the occupancy of these buildings comes from Kaiser.  Kaiser decided to purchase the buildings that they had been renting from Matrix Group because by owning the buildings they will no longer be subject to the steadily increasing average rental rates for office space in metro Denver.  The three-building complex will provide enough space to accommodate all of Kaiser’s metro Denver employees in one place plus some room to grow.
