Kaiser Permanente believes that Income-earning and wealth-building opportunities are foundational to healthy communities, supporting active living, housing stability and food security. We are seeking to advance equitable, inclusive economic opportunity for all by improving financial security, increasing income, building wealth, and reducing economic inequities across our communities.
Kaiser Permanente is working with three national organizations to implement its vision of supporting Black- and minority-owned businesses to help close the racial wealth gap through access to capital and capacity-building resources. Through this work, they will seek to support more than 2,000 minority-owned businesses over the next year.
