Kitchen Food Collective – Food Drive On Havana Street to Support Small Businesses & the Community

July 29th, 2020

Thank you for volunteering to make the Food Kitchen Collective food drive a success on Wednesday the 15th!

Together, we handed out over 1000 bags of fresh produce, quality food, PPE supplies, and prepared meals to community members in need. This all weighed over 7,000 pounds!

By partnering with On Havana Street, over 19 small businesses and restaurants were supported and funded by this project which makes a considerable difference during this time of uncertainty.

This event was successful only because we had such amazing volunteers.

To make this happen, 71 volunteers donated 318.5 hours of their time over a 4 day period!

We are blown away with your generosity and compassion for others.

Thank you again for all the time and energy you spent on this community project!
