The owners of the new Exxon Gas and Convenience Store at 897 S Havana gathered for a traditional Hindu blessing ceremony just before the soft opening of the store on February 16. The owners are a group of software engineers who formed a corporation called T-Squared. They opened their first gas station and convenience store on Main Street in Parker, Colorado, a few years ago, which has been very successful. Their new location on Havana is their second store.
The landscaping will go in on the property later this spring. Rangeview Estates Neighbor, Larry Sweet, an engineer by trade, carefully followed the construction of this C-store and gas station from the beginning and was impressed with the quality of construction and attention to detail on this project.
