WATERMELON
WAKE-UP

A true sip of summer, this juice is a refreshing blend of watermelon, pineapple, lime and mint.

BARBACOA
BREAKFAST TACOS

These braised beef Barbacoa and scrambled egg tacos are served on wheat-corn tortillas and topped with scallions, melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack, chive cream, Cotija cheese, pico de gallo and fresh avocado with a side of black beans.

ELOTE MEXICAN STREET CORN HASH

This hash features two cage-free eggs atop seasoned potatoes, summer sweet corn and chorizo. Topped with fresh sliced avocado, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, chipotle crema and scallions. Served with fresh lime and warm wheat-corn blend tortillas.

BANANAS FOSTER
FRENCH TOAST

Treat yourself to this flaky, hand-braided Challah bread, dipped in housemade custard and topped with fresh bananas, pecans, caramel sauce and powdered cinnamon sugar.
