Jorge Eguierte and Katie Donahue from the EG Studio for Architecture presented the new plans for the Stampede to the Havana BID. Chris Swank’s new ownership is in the process of renovating for a concert hall to host about 2000 attendees. It will no longer be just a country bar but a live music destination and event center On Havana Street. They will be doing an interior/exterior remodel, updating new entrances and exits, restrooms, installing new carpet, and repaving the parking lot. The Stampede name will remain the same and renovations should be complete by late December 2018.
