SMALL BUSINESS WEBSITE PROGRAM by the Mile High United Way

No cost website creation program for small businesses located in Thornton and Aurora, CO.

 

The United for Business Website Program works with small businesses, primarily minority and woman-owned businesses, to produce, design, and create their website. With the help of business consultants and a team of expert digital marketing volunteers, the business owner will bring their story and services to life in an accessible and efficient digital platform. If your business can take advantage of having online presence or of improving your current website, this program is for you. As part of the experience, the program will provide design, content creation, photo and video production, as well as taking care of hosting fees for 6 months.

 

If you are eligible and admitted into the program, our team of experts and volunteers will guide you through this journey in partnership with Herosmyth, a local digital marketing agency for small businesses. This program has no cost for businesses selected and monthly hosting fees of $49 will apply after the first 6 months.

 

What you get:

  • Website design
  • Content creation
  • Photo and video production (if applicable)
  • Hosting fees for 6 months (savings of $49 monthly)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Business resides within Thornton or Aurora.
  • Businesses engaged in activities that are legal under both Colorado state and federal law.
  • Micro-businesses with less than 9 employees
  • $500,000 or less in annual gross revenue
  • Desire to establish and maintain an online presence
  • Businesses NOT associated with the terms in industry: liquor business, tobacco business, pornography, gambling, marijuana, and businesses related to war and weapons

 

Priority will be given to:

  • Legacy or neighborhood-serving business versus franchisee
  • Businesses that have experienced significant impacts as a result of COVID-19
