This video is an overview of the 2024 year On Havana Street. Thank you all for joining us for the 2024 HBID Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at The Stampede.
District stakeholders and community partners joined the event to celebrate the successful 2024 year along On Havana Street.
*November 2024’s Havana BID Board of Directors meeting was the Havana Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting.
We shared our 2024 Annual Report, what we accomplished in 2024, and what we plan for 2025 in a video overview this year.
This was also an opportunity for businesses to network in person at The Stampede with a complimentary lunch.

The proposal is for the Havana BID board to meet on the third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., virtually via Go To Meeting in 2025, with 3 exceptions for September 2025 (Board Budget Submission Deadline), November 2025 (Annual Meeting conflicts with community events and Thanksgiving Holiday week) and December 2025 (Budget & Resolutions Approvals and Submission Deadlines).
c. Entertain a motion to approve the 2025 meeting schedule as proposed:
• Thursday, January 16, 2025 • Thursday, February 20, 2025 • Thursday, March 20, 2025 • Thursday, April 17, 2025 • Thursday, May 15, 2025 • Thursday, June 12, 2025 • Thursday, July 17, 2025 – 2026 Budget Draft & Discussion I Budget Draft & Discussion II • *2nd Thursday of the Month – Thursday, September 11, 2025 – The 2026 Budget and Operational Plan Discussion & Vote – HBID Board Meeting one week earlier on 2nd Thursday to accommodate for the City of Aurora budget submission deadline on 9/30/2025. • Thursday, October 16, 2025 • Thursday, August 21, 2025 – 2026 • *2nd Thursday of the Month – Thursday, November 13, 2025 – Havana Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting In-Person at The Stampede at 2430 S Havana Street at 11 AM – 1 PM.
