2024 Havana BID – On Havana Street Annual Business Stakeholder Meeting + Public Hearing for 2025 Budget and HBID Resolutions Approval with Spencer Fane

*November 2024’s Havana BID Board of Directors meeting is the Havana Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting + Public Hearing for 2025 Budget and HBID Resolutions Approval with Spencer Fane

The HBID Public Hearing and Annual Stakeholder Meeting will also host a call with our HBID special district attorney, Tom George with Spencer Fane, to certify the 4.5 mill levy, adopt the 2025 BID budget, and adopt any resolutions for 2025.

We will share our 2024 Annual Report, what we accomplished in 2024, and what we plan for 2025.

This is also an opportunity for businesses to network safely in-person at The Stampede with a complimentary lunch.

Havana Businesses, stakeholders and community members are welcome to join us. RSVPs are required for lunch catering.

The Havana BID’s Public Board Meeting will begin at at 11A.M Thursday, November 14, 2024.

We will be catering an Argentinian lunch and need a headcount. Please share any dietary restrictions. 

RSVPs are due before Wednesday, November 8, 2024 to place a catering order.

Note Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov 28, 2024.

The Havana BID requests that attendees join us for a 11am public board meeting time.
