Open since November 2024 by a former Shintoburi chef, this math-even SLAter is the place to explore jokbal—a traditional Korean dish of braised pig’s trotters—and much more in a warm, unassuming setting.

Cuisine & Featured Menu Items

King Jokbal: Their signature dish is a full pig trotter, braised slowly in soy, ginger, garlic, rice wine, and spices. It’s beautifully sliced and arranged from the meatier shank section down to the gelatinous hoof, served with banchan, sauces, lettuce, garlic, and jalapeños—perfect for wrapping and sharing. It’s priced and portioned for two to four people.
Bossam: Tender boiled pork belly wrapped in cabbage leaves, offering a lighter but equally satisfying option.
Anju-style accompaniments: Try monkfish stew, blood sausage, mandu (dumplings), tteokbokki, and hearty soups like odeng and potato dumpling broth.
