On Monday, July 24, Aurora City Council unanimously approved the rezoning of the Fan Fare site to mixed use and approved a key component of the financing package, the 3rd & Havana Metro District, for the new mixed-use development on that site to be called “Argenta.” Argenta will likely include for-sale townhomes, market-rate apartments, retail, restaurants and a small innovative office use.
There have not been any site plans submitted yet for Argenta, so all we have to look at right now is the rendering in the picture above. The financial details are still being worked out for this project, but we heard that the site plans for this new development will be submitted later in 2017.
