Demographics for the district show that people living in the area are slightly younger and slightly more diverse. The demographics were run using a 1-mile, 3-mile and 5-mile ring around the intersection of Mississippi & Havana. The total aggregate income of the area is up an average of 26.8% in 2017 over what it was in 2015. Median family income is up an average of 18.9% in 2017 over 2015, taking an average of data in the three rings. Read the demographic reports.
