Steve started with Shortline Auto Group in 2000. Steve is currently serving as Property & Facilities Manager within the Shortline Auto Group organization. His experience in commercial properties has inspired him to include residential property management where he can continue his passion to help others improve their investments. Steve takes pride in his customer satisfaction and continually strives for the highest level of standards in his work. He and his wife have 3 children which are 5th generation natives of Colorado. He enjoys raising his children and watching them in their activities. In his spare time he takes part in fitness activities such as biking, weight training and basketball.
Peter’s experience is extensive from 12 years of real estate transactions to 8 years of financial advising. He has worked with clients to secure small to large residential portfolios and delivered exceptional returns on those investments (11+%) for his clients. He has personally developed systems to track and analyze portfolios of any size. His knowledge of finances and Real estate make is a true expert for our clients and customers! Peter and his wife have two wonderful boys who he loves to play golf with every chance he gets!
Renting your home can be scary for the owner and the tenant mostly because of the unknown issues that can arise. We help ease the worries by being there for you when you need us. As a tenant we will guide you from the intial application through the screening process into our online lease agreement and deliver a seemless move-in day. You’ll also be glad to know, when the faucet is leaking we will be there or when the furnace stops working on a cold day we will give the best customer service you deserve.
