The Havana BID’s board meetings are public meetings and recorded.

Havana Businesses, stakeholders and community members are welcomed to join us.

The Havana BID’s Public Board Meetings are at 10 A.M., 3rd Thursday of each month via Go To Meeting, *unless otherwise notified. 

Quarterly HBID Networking events will be hosted for stakeholders to network and engage with community partners and resources.

Public Announcement to the HBID Stakeholders: 2024 IT Services Proposal from Garrett Walls with Synergy Business Solutions will be presented at the January 18, 2024 HBID Public Board Meeting (posted on 12.7.2023 after the Board Meeting with Spencer Fane)

• Garrett Walls is our HBID Board President and has been assisting the HBID on IT services the past 6 years without compensation. The HBID would like to compensate the business for their services and consulting.
• The HBID would like to host a discussion on compensating Synergy Business Solutions for their IT services on a subscription basis and present any disclosures of conflict of interest to the public and stakeholders at our public meeting on January 18, 2024.
• Garrett Walls will abstain from voting and remove himself from the discussion at the public meeting for anyone to share their concerns, comments, suggestions, or questions.
• The HBID will publicly share the contract/proposal with stakeholders. See the IT Proposal by Synergy Business Solutions
