REDEVELOPMENT NEWS KIMCO VILLAGE ON THE PARK REDEVELOPMENT Rick Turner from Kimco announced at the Havana BID board meeting in February that KIMCO will be moving forward with permitting for the demolition of the old Le Peep Restaurant building sometime this spring.
